Raw Connection / Grizzlies in Focus

An intimate portrait that delves into the majesty and depths behind the eyes of grizzly bears in the wild of northern BC at Bear Camp on Chilko Lake. Sleeping in tents amidst the rugged beauty of nature, with nothing but a sign that reads "No Bears Allowed" for protection, I immersed myself in the presence of some of the largest, fastest, and most powerful animals in our wild backyard. Connection in the wild is one of the most intimate and beautiful experiences, and through this series, I aim to share my personal interpretation of the artistry of these stunning creatures, capturing the profound bond we share with them in their natural habitat
